I was referred to Wes Cook's Tire & Auto by a friend so, I called and talked to "Robbie" who, by the way is awesome!! He gave me the information and quote I needed. The next day I went in, asked for him and was greeted nicely and my needed service was well taken care of. I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THE GOOD, FAIR, HONEST, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AND MY CAR IS IN TIP TOP CONDITION AGAIN!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WES COOK'S TIRE & AUTO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was very professional. The waiting room was nice enough to sit and wait for my vehicle to be serviced. They were informative and let me know what was going on. Thank you very much for the help. I would suggest coming in here if you want somebody to fix your tires.

I bought a set of tires there before and brought them back because I had a nail in the side wall of one of the tires. They went to look up my name and said they couldn't find it they tried my phone number and couldn't find it which is odd since I bought the tires there. The tires if they had have found my name would have shown that I had road hazard and they would have had to replace the tire but since they couldn't find anything I had to replace the tire to match the others at a cost of over 236 dollars .So a word of warning when dealing with them make sure to keep your receipt or you may disappear from their system.

Such a pleasure to do business with Wes Cooks auto service. Friendly competent people greet you at the door and handle everything. I feel like I can really trust what they tell me about my car’s care.

I was looking for a new place to take my car/s since I had some recent bad experiences at the place I used to go. Saw the good reviews so decided to try Wes Cook Auto out. So far my experience with William and the team there has been great, having car issues is never a good thing, but they are honest with their diagnosis and are good about showing you and explaining the issues and how best to resolve them. In a matter of about 1 week William was “introduced” to 4 cars I was hoping to get work done on. He took good care of all 4! Integrity is a big factor on where I take my business and I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone.
